Farewell Wishes

It is with sadness that we announce the departure of Dr. Scott Beeman from Adel Veterinary Clinic. After 10 years of service, he and his family will be moving to Duluth, MN and we wish them all the best. Dr. Beeman shares the following:

Dear Clients,

It is with bittersweet emotion that I announce that effective January 17, 2021, I will no longer be practicing at Adel Veterinary Clinic. This was a difficult decision to make, as you and your pets are such an important part of my life. I deeply appreciate the trust you have placed in me to care for your beloved animals, whether it has been for a single visit or for the decade that I have spent here at AVC. I hope you know how much I care about the health and wellbeing of every animal I treat.

Although I will be moving on to a new adventure, your pets will continue to receive the same fantastic care from Drs. Holland, Kilgore, and Steffen and the professional staff at Adel Veterinary Clinic. If your pets have only seen me for care in the past, I strongly encourage you to get to know the other wonderful vets at our practice. I guarantee you and your pets will love them. We all share the same dedication to first-class medicine, fear-free practices, and the human-animal bond.
I have missed seeing your faces in 2020 with the switch to curbside service. Although I have been able to say goodbye to a few of you in person, I know that I will not get this opportunity with the majority of you. With all of my heart, I thank you again for your trust and confidence over the past 10 years. I wish you and your pets health and peace in the New Year.

Dr. Beeman has been a core member of our team and he will be greatly missed. With so much uncertainty and change all around us, I want to take this opportunity to assure you that everyone at Adel Veterinary Clinic is deeply committed to continuing the quality of care you have come to expect. I will be spending more hours in the clinic and along with Dr. Kilgore and Dr. Steffen, look forward to finding another exceptional veterinarian to join the AVC family. As difficult as change is, we remain optimistic, seeing this as another opportunity to adjust and grow as we have done many times over the years, especially this last one!

We want to send Dr. Beeman off with our very best wishes for his future endeavors. Unfortunately, COVID-19 prevents any gathering so we are hopeful that you might take a moment to share your gratitude, a favorite memory, or simply your well wishes.
