New Years Resolutions!

Have you ever stopped to think what the world would be like if we all acted more like our pets? Sure, there would be some VERY strange greetings (!!!), but let’s focus on the things that would truly make the world a better place.

As you think about starting the New Year off right, consider the following resolutions that our pets hold near and dear each and every day! We are so grateful to experience them up close!

• Greet everyone


• Eat stuff that makes you happy


• Take time to SMELL- it’s an under appreciated sense


• Devote more time to quality napping


• Enjoy the simple pleasure of a walk


• Run and play daily


• Be loyal, faithful and quick to forgive


• Sometimes, MANY times, it is best to just sit close and listen


• Avoid biting when a growl will do


• Love unconditionally

Working with pets everyday helps us to think about these actions often and I think it is part of why our team at Adel Veterinary Clinic is so kind and positive. We certainly face challenges regularly, but like our patients, we try to focus on the positive, live in the moment and spread love.
